To complete our fabricated products and provide full-service production, we use the same secondary and assembly operations used to complete our strap assemblies and custom metal stampings.
Our fabrication management team has decades of experience with manual and CNC-programmed forming and cutting machines, and our entire team possesses the expertise to think outside the box and easily identify process or design improvements.
In addition to laser cutting and brake press fabrication, we offer drawing, folding and punching services. Our team of skilled engineers also assists with customer design reviews and redesigns.
Laser Cutting
Our fully automated, state-of-the-art lasers can cut with lights-out operation, even when we aren’t onsite. We make the whole part, from cut to form.
Press Brakes
All four of our production press brakes are CNC programmed with modern controls. The 250- and 125-ton models have full 3D controls, and the 125-ton model is a full servo, making it faster, more accurate and more dynamic than a traditional hydraulic brake press.
