Our Proprietary Fuel Tank Strap Line
At Falls Stamping & Welding, our proprietary fuel tank strap line has a one-piece flow for maximized efficiency. One piece comes off the line, is formed, spot welded and riveted, resulting in a completed strap that doesn't need to be moved around the facility to different work centers.
Cutting-Edge Technology
Using the latest CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks Premium and Metalix to maximize efficiencies, we can MIG weld, spot weld and rivet straps made of high-strength carbon steel, 304 stainless steel (with multiple finishes), hot- and cold-rolled and galvanized metal. Our capabilities extend to high-polished, painted and kitted straps.
